The Prayer for When Your Chest Won't Loosen

Key Verse · Philippians 4:6 (NIV)
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
If you opened this devotional, your chest probably feels tight. Or your jaw is locked. Or your stomach is doing the thing.
Here's what nobody told you about Philippians 4:6: it was written from a prison cell. Paul wasn't journaling on a sunny Tuesday. He was chained up, possibly facing execution, telling people the peace is real.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Notice the verb. Present. Like handing something over at a counter. Not 'feel less anxious.' Not 'pray harder.' Present.
You're not asked to fix the anxiety. You're asked to show it to God. There's a difference.
