Privacy Policy

Pace with Grace (“we”, “us”, “the site”) is operated by an individual builder, not a corporation. This policy is in plain English on purpose. If something is unclear, email hello@pacewithgrace.org.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address (required)
• Your first and last name (optional)
• What you're hoping to get from the app (optional dropdown)
• The timestamp of your signup

We do not collect anything else. No tracking pixels, no cookies for advertising, no fingerprinting.

How we use it

• To send you a confirmation that you're on the waitlist
• To notify you when the app launches
• Optionally, to send a periodic digest of new devotionals (you can opt out anytime by replying “unsubscribe”)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Where it's stored

Email signups are stored with Resend, an email service provider. Site analytics, when enabled, run through Vercel's built-in analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or third-party trackers.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Ask what data we have on you
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it (we'll do this within 30 days)
• Unsubscribe from any email we send

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. If you're under 13, do not sign up for the waitlist. If we learn we have data on a child under 13, we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, if you're on the waitlist, email you a summary of what changed.
