Facing the Things That Haunt You

Key Verse · Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be frightened, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Fear is a universal language. It's the thing that keeps you up at night, the voice that whispers 'what if' in your ear.
The prophet Isaiah wrote to a people in exile, surrounded by enemies, and facing an uncertain future. They were afraid, and they had every reason to be.
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be frightened, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Notice the promise isn't that the fears will disappear, but that God will be with you in the midst of them. He'll strengthen you, help you, and uphold you.
It's not about being fearless, it's about being brave enough to face the things that haunt you, with God by your side.
